Activation.

As part of our campaign Placemaking Piccadilly, we commissioned artist and campaign co-producer Freya Bruce to translate hopes and wishes for a new central square in Manchester into a vibrant tapestry.

Responses were taken from our creative consultation workshops with partner charities across Greater Manchester, a space for Mancunians to reflect on local spaces and how they serve our needs. This colourful piece playfully weaves together a diverse set of voices and was exhibited at Placemaking Piccadilly exhibition in April 2022.
