We were commissioned by charity Local Space to produce an installation for their 20th anniversary campaign; Opening Doors.

Behind every door, there’s a story: a family finding stability, a child growing up in a secure home, a resident achieving their goals or a partnership creating positive change in our communities. Every story is different, but they all begin with the same foundation: a place to call home.

Since 2006, Local Space has worked with local authorities to deliver practical, long-term solutions to homelessness, providing high-quality homes for those who need them most.

Get It Done designed and produced this shadow installation, including 20 door textile panels and featuring silhouettes of people in their homes. Taking shape in Stratford Old Town Hall, the lantern-like installation glowed against the stunning decor of the room.
